We are a full-service Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) medical practice for adults and children, conveniently located in Professional Plaza III of Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton. Senior partner Dr. David Chihal, who trained in New Orleans, has over twenty-five years of experience. In August, 2008, he was joined by Dr. Nicole Bryan, who completed a residency in otolaryngology (ENT) at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Bryan met Dr. Chihal 21 years ago as his patient when she saw him for allergy and sinus problems while a high school student in Carrollton. We are accepting new patients, and convenient appointment times are available. Office visits are by appointment only. Licensed Clinical Audiologist, Laurie Bornstein, M.S., CCC/A is available to perform hearing tests and custom fit hearing aids. Click on Hearing for details.

You Could Be At Risk
Based on the answers you have provided, you could be at risk of sleep apnea or other sleeping problems. We now have available free of charge to our patients a small personal pulse oximeter to use overnight to monitor your blood oxygen levels used to determine if you have sleep apnea or other sleep breathing problem. The first step is to schedule an appointment with either Dr. Chihal or Dr. Bryan. They will review your history and symptoms and perform a thorough examination of your mouth, throat ,and nose to determine if you have nasal obstruction, enlarged tonsils, a "floppy" soft palate and/or a crowded pharynx.
